Background
Delivery is building autonomous robots that bring food, drinks, and packages to students and faculty across campus. Started in August 2025, the project focuses on real impact on campus life rather than research or competition. Our robots use GPS, inertial, and wheel sensors to navigate campus paths and sidewalks.
Goals
Deploy autonomous food and drink delivery on campus this year, testing through the fall and running a live service during campus events like WILD
Bring the simulated autonomy stack (EKF localization, sidewalk-map planning, MPPI control) onto the physical robot and achieve full autonomy on campus paths
Build the ordering app and backend that let students and faculty request a delivery and track it
Scale from a single robot to a fleet that can handle many general delivery tasks across campus at once

We welcome anyone who wants to build something people on campus will actually use. No one needs to know everything. Relevant skills include:
Software development (Python/C++), ROS 2, and the terminal
